On Sunday August 5, officers Sergeant Mick Jones, Officer in Charge of Sarina Police Station and Constable Jemma Crowley also from Sarina Police Station, assisted the water police, out on water patrols. The officers were patrolling the exclusion zones, and making sure both experienced and recreational fishermen were abiding by the rules.
