So what now?
We have a series of interactive, live-streaming options for you. We've chunked-down our standard full-day course programs into two 3.5-hour sessions which are run over two consecutive mornings. Our live-streaming programs will be offered at a reduced price to our standard physical classroom rates (but our standard discount structure still applies - see full details below).

Have all of the 2020 live-streaming course dates been posted?
No, there's plenty more to come, including some brand new programs. Stay tuned... 

Will physical net101 courses ever return?  
Yes, count on it! We're keeping our forward physical delivery dates posted on the site in anticipation of the day.

What if I attend a course and don't like it for some reason?
We want you to find the right course for your specific needs. If you're not happy with how the course is going you're entitled to a full refund, no questions asked. A few sensible conditions apply

COURSE RETAKE

Can I retake a course at a discount?
Yes, another go-round can greatly help cement the learnings - and the course programs are continually being updated. There's an 80% discount off the single course price if you'd like to do this. Please contact Tim for a redemption code.

We’re glad you asked that. Here’s a tight summary of the courses on offer.

DISCOUNTS!

Discount for booking 2 or more courses
If you’re booking 2 or more net101 courses, you’ll receive a 20% discount to each course. The multi-course discount cannot be combined with another discount offer.

Discount for booking 2 or more people into the same course
If you want to book 2 or more people into the same course at the same time, a 20% group discount applies. The group discount cannot be combined with another discount offer.

Charity or financially pressed
If you are representing a registered charitydoing something beautiful for the world; are a tertiary student or unemployed, we can offer you a 20% discount on a single booking or a 50% discount on a two or more courses booking - please contact Tim to confirm your eligibility. 

net101 alumni
If you have been to a past net101 course you are entitled to a 20% discount on any other net101 course. Please contact Tim for a redemption code.

DOING 2 COURSES - TAKE THEM TOGETHER?

Can I book 2 courses, get the multi-course discount, but do them on different months?
Any two course dates can be booked to qualify for a combined 20% discount. It’s completely up to you whether you want to attend back-to-back classes, or spread them out.

 COURSE PAYMENT OPTIONS

How can I pay?
Full payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard or AMEX. Upon completion of your order, you will be sent a tax receipt via email. If you choose the pay by invoice option when registering, upon completion you will be sent an invoice via email with pay-in details for direct credit or cheque.

Can I get a purchase order number included on my invoice?
Yes. Let us know what you'd like included after you've booked the course and we'll send you an amended invoice.

Do you offer a payment plan option?
Yes, we do. Payment can be made in instalments - half before the course date and the remainder after. Please contact Tim to arrange a payment schedule which works for you. 

LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS

Can I book in for a course at the very last minute?
If there are still places available you can register online right up to one hour before the start-time of the course (if using the pay by invoice option, payment up to a week after the course is okay).

Are certificates provided?
A personalised, framable Certificate of Training will be issued to you on the day. It’s going straight to the poolroom.

Is catering included in the course price?
Yes, there’s a continuous supply of tea and coffee and a proper sit-down hot lunch to get you through the day.

Are there special catering options available?
Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are available if you let us know when placing your booking. Don’t forget to let us know if you have any food allergies.

WHAT TO BRING (CLASSROOM COURSES ONLY)

What do I need to bring?
Your enquiring mind and your thirst for knowledge. We’ll provide you with a workbook and pen, and an inexhaustible supply of lollies.

Can I bring my own laptop or tablet?
Yes, but it's not a requirement. If you do choose to bring a device, there will be power-boards and a wireless network available for you to use.

What's the dress code?
Comfortable causal. You might want to bring a spare top - sometimes the aircon does its job too well!

REFUNDS, TRANSFERS & SUBSTITUTIONS

I’ve booked a course but can no longer attend – can I get a full refund?
Yes, if you give us at least 28 days notice before the day of the course.

Can I transfer to another date?
Yes, if it is for medical reasons (yourself or a dependent) and you give us at least 24 hours notice before the start time of the course. Only one transfer is allowed and it must be used within 3 months of the original course date. A refund option is not offered on an already transferred course.

Can I send somebody else in my place?
Yes, if you give us at least 24 hours notice before the start time of the course.

Can I view net101's full booking terms & conditions?
Yes, they're on this page 

IN-HOUSE TRAINING OPTION

Do you also provide in-house training?
Yes, economically this makes sense if you want several or more people to be trained together at your own workplace. Please contact Tim if you're interested in hosting a program.

WHERE'S THAT COURSE?

I can see a course description on the site but where are the dates for it?
It could be a course we don't offer anymore, or the main topics have been wrapped into another course, or it's for in-house delivery only. Please contact Tim if you're unsure.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Can I purchase a course gift voucher for a colleague or friend?
Yes. Electronic or hardcopy gift vouchers can be purchased for any dollar amount and applied towards any net101 social media course being run nationally. We can also customise the wording and include your own logo if you'd like. Please contact Tim if you're thinking of giving someone such a lovely gift.
