This could be because we aren't offering that course anymore, the topics have been wrapped into another course, or it's for in-house delivery only.
DOING 2 COURSES - TAKE TOGETHER OR SPREAD THEM OUT?
Can I book 2 courses, get the multi-course discount, but do them on different months?
Any two course dates can be booked to qualify for a combined 30% discount. It’s completely up to you whether you want to attend back-to-back classes, or spread them out. Some people finish their Easter eggs before the weekend’s over; others have still got a choc bunny in October…

Is it true that Tim uses fragrance to heighten the learning experience?
It’s true. Tim has a great ‘nose’ (this came in very handy during his years in the wine industry) and a passion for fragrance. When you enter one of Tim’s training sessions, there’s every chance you’ll find yourself thinking ‘What’s that smell…?’ In a good way.

Is catering included in the course price?
Yes, there’s a continuous supply of tea and coffee and a proper sit-down lunch to get you through the day.
Are there special catering options available?
Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are available if you let us know when placing your booking. Don’t forget to let us know if you have any food allergies.
WHAT TO BRING
What do I need to bring?
Your enquiring mind and your thirst for knowledge. We’ll provide you with a workbook and pen, and an inexhaustible supply of lollies.
Can I bring my own laptop or tablet?
Yes, but it's not a requirement. If you do choose to bring a device, there will be power-boards and a wireless network available for you to use.
Comfortable causal. On a hot day consider bringing a spare top - sometimes the aircon does its job too well!
LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS
Can I book in for a course at the very last minute?
If there are still places available you can register online right up until 8:00am on the day of the course (if using the 'pay by invoice' option, payment shortly afterwards is okay).
COURSE PAYMENT OPTIONS
Full payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard or AMEX. Upon completion of your order, you will be sent a tax receipt via email. If you choose the pay by invoice option when registering, upon completion you will be sent an invoice via email with pay-in details for direct credit or cheque.
Discount for booking 2 or more courses
If you’re booking 2 or more NET:101 courses, you’ll receive a 30% discount to each course. The cost for booking two courses together is $1253. The multi-course discount cannot be combined with another discount offer.
Discount for booking 2 or more people into the same course
If you want to book 2 or more people into the same course at the same time, a 30% group discount applies. The cost for booking two people together is $1253. The group discount cannot be combined with another discount offer.
Charity or financially pressed
If you are representing a registered charity; doing something beautiful for the world; are a tertiary student or unemployed, we can offer you a 30% discount on a single course booking or a 50% discount on a two-course booking - please contact us to confirm your eligibility.
If you have been to a past NET:101 course you are automatically entitled to a 30% discount. Please contact us for a redemption code before placing your booking online.
REFUNDS OR DEFERMENTS
I’ve booked a course but can no longer attend – can I get a full refund?
Yes, if you give us at least 28 days notice before the day of the course. A cancellation later than that can be held as a credit for 12 months.
Can I defer to another date or send somebody else in my place?
Yes, if you give us at least 24 hours notice before the start-time of the course. ONLY ONE deferment is allowed and it must be used within 12 months of the original course date. A refund option is not offered on an already deferred course.
IN-HOUSE TRAINING OPTION
Do you also provide in-house training?
Yes, economically this makes sense if you want seven or more people to be trained together at your own workplace. Please contact Tim Martin if you're interested in hosting a program.
Can I purchase a course gift voucher for a colleague or friend?
Yes. Electronic or hardcopy gift vouchers can be purchased for any dollar amount and applied towards any NET:101 social media course being run nationally. We can also customise the wording and include your own logo if you'd like. Please contact Tim Martin if you're thinking of giving someone a gift of knowledge.
