Course Booking T&Cs
The following terms and conditions apply to any person registering for a net101 course. All notifications of cancellations, refunds, and requests for transfers must be sent via email to email@example.com
Cancellations and Refunds
If you give us at least 28 days notice before the commencement date of a course a full refund is available. If the course was paid for using a credit card, the refund will be processed back onto that same credit card; if the course was paid for via direct credit the refund will be transferred into a nominated bank account of your choosing.
Transfers are available for medical reasons only (yourself or a dependent) and notice must be given at least 24 hours before the start time of the course. net101 cannot accept responsibility for changes to work commitments or other personal circumstances. Only one transfer is allowed and it must be used within 3 months of the original course date. A refund option is not available on an already transferred course.
You may substitute another person in your place if you give us at least 24 hours notice before the start time of the course.
Non-Attendance (No Show)
If you fail to attend a course, the course fee will not be refunded or transferred to another date. We will attempt to send you a 72-hour course reminder to your nominated email address but cannot guarantee its delivery - it is your responsibility to remember the course date you have registered for.
net101 reserves the right to cancel, postpone or re-schedule courses due to low enrolments or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a course cancellation, we will offer you the option to transfer to another date or to receive a full refund. We are unable to compensate for any other costs incurred, such as flights and accommodation. If you are planning on travelling to attend any course, please call us first on 1300 946 101 to confirm the course is running.
The information provided by net101 is correct at the time of publication but may be subject to change. net101 reserves the right to change dates, venue location or elements of the course program at its discretion, and to refuse to accept a booking.
